How do you ship?
Some smaller items can ship via UPS. Most larger appliances will ship via a common freight carrier.

Where do you ship?
We only ship products in the United States.

How much do you charge to ship?

For UPS only orders, you must pay the UPS freight charge.

For orders over $1199, we offer Free Dock to Dock Delivery (except in AK and HI where we will provide a custom freight quote.) This means the truck goes to either the local freight warehouse, or a business address that you provide that has a dock for the delivery.

We also offer an attractive rate on Curbside Delivery which can be quoted to you if you like. This means the truck unloads in front of your home. You are responsible for moving the products inside and installing them.

Can I pick it up at your warehouse?
Yes, we are located in Bensenville, IL. If you are close enough to come or want to send your own carrier, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Do you do home installations? Yes, within a 50 mile radius of Bensenville, IL. There are charges for installation depending on the appliance and how ready the kitchen is for it.

When do you ship? Products that are in stock will generally ship within 1-4 days of receiving payment.

What is your return policy? If you are unhappy with you appliance, you may return it to us within 10 days of receiving it. It is your responsibility to:
1. obtain an rma number from a Viking Appliance Outlet Professional by calling 630.238.1280.
2. pack the appliance and any of its sub-cartons back into the same careful packaging it was sent out in.
3. use a Viking Appliance Outlet approved freight carrier.
4. pay for the freight back.
5. pay Viking Appliance Outlet a re-stocking fee.
